How the Ontoly Cloud public prototype handles account, repository, product, and provider data.

Scope

This notice covers the Ontoly Cloud website and prototype. Local Ontoly CLI analysis remains on the machine where it is run unless a user explicitly uploads or connects artifacts.

Data we process

The service may process access-request details, meeting selections, approved account identifiers, repository connection metadata, generated Ontoly artifacts, support messages, and provider request metadata required to deliver configured features.

Repository content

Repository access must be explicit. Model explanations are designed to receive bounded evidence packs rather than raw repository dumps. Connected execution and retention controls will be documented before general availability.

Service providers

PostgreSQL stores access, meeting, and authentication records. Resend delivers transactional email. Better Auth runs inside the application and stores identity records in the configured database. Source-control and model providers process data only when their corresponding feature is enabled.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting hello@sarwagya.wtf. Prototype data may be removed as environments are reset.

Changes

Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Enterprise data-processing terms will be published before paid general availability.
